On Thursday 17th of November, we facilitated a workshop on Program Level Forecasting at the True Face Agile congress. The Agile Consortium Congress gave us the opportunity to share our insights on this topic. An enthousiastic group of participants experienced how to forecast in a scaled agile environment – and determinedĀ whether the requested timeline was realistic.
